I couldn't be happier with my buying experience and quality of lenses from Tajima Direct. Although my order was delayed because it was being reworked, Jacob, the CEO, was communicative throughout the entire process. Jacob then shipped me the glasses overnight with no charge to me so that they would arrive in time for my trip. While things sometime go wrong with orders, it's how a company handles these issues that tells the story. I couldn't be happier with how this was handled, their customer service was fantastic. And to top it off, their Rx lenses are super high quality as well!
