I had another amazing experience with Tajima Direct. Tajima made two pairs of glasses (regular and sunglasses) from a Rx that I received locally. As it turns out, my place where I got my eye exam made a mistake on the prescription, making the new glasses useless. Tajima coached me through the steps to make sure it was an incorrect Rx and that, in fact, turned out to be the case. Thanks to their help, I got a new prescription (this time a correct one). They made two new pair of glasses that were great, like previous pairs they made me. It's not only about the great lenses, it's also about their incredible service.
