Absolute appalled at Talk Talk complaints department. I’ve had no broadband for 16 days with another 7 days to wait for connection due to then stopping my account for no reason.
Initially I was put through to complaints and told they were all at a meeting. I was then told they would be in contact in the next 24 hrs I was then Email 2 days later to be told they would ring me which meant it would be 8 days until I spoke to them.
I’ve just finished talking to them. With lots of sorry and no help,fobbing me off again and trying to appease me by talking of compensation. Then guess what we got a bad line.
