PLEASE DONT USE TALKTALK! My broadband provider has switched. Customer services say they have received no notification from the new provider. This is contrary to industry practice. I have called to cancel my contract. I have been passed around the customer services phone system 9 times over 90 mins. I have been passed across teams on the online chat facility 3 times. The service is absolutely appalling. I just wish to cancel my contract. I am now having to raise a formal written complaint and escalate the service standards with the regulator.
