Honestly, don't go to Talktalk. It might be cheap but the service is so poor, is not worthed. Just had a call from TalkTalk. After putting so many complaints through and informing them that I WOULD NOT renew my contract, they have now told me that I had to speak to one of their departments to "officially" terminate my contract. I informed several times that I have spoken to so many of their advisors and told them that as my contract finishes on the 31st of December 2021, I would be leaving talk talk. The advisor told me that he "cannot see any notes". I even gave him the dates that I spoke to his colleague and told him to listen to all the calls, where I stated that I was not satisfied with this AWFUL service. He tried to sell me other packages, and even went on to say that he would give me "the best deal I could ever get". When I told him that I was not interested he started to say that it would take 30 days for the contract to be terminated and that I would have to pay, to "officially leave". I told him that I would not pay, as I had informed them since the 26th of November, that as soon as my contract terminated on the 31st of December, that's it. I am gone! The advisor REFUSED to terminate my contract and hung up the phone on my face. Talktalk is just the WORSE!!! Advisors are so rude, not helpful and always try to trick you.
