Don't use Talk Talk.
I have been facing a broadband issue for two weeks and had to call them over 10 times for them to fix the issue and it's still not fixed. I've arranged for engineers to come fix the broadband so the internet can work, and they either come and don't fix it or cancel the appointment.
Everytime I call they ask for security questions and even say its wrong when you give them the correct information. I've had many of the service helpers say my information is incorrect, but when I say it to another person it's fine.
The inconsistency!
Also, you speak to many differentpeople/departments that don't know your situation so you have to repeat yourself a million times and you still don't get the help you need.
The online chat service is basically non existent, you use it and they reject you and say you gave the wrong information. I feel this happens when they don't want to help you.
They just want you to call on hours end and steal your money.
Sky, EE and BT are the best options.
