I can't even begin to explain how horrible their customer service is and their lack of understanding on phone calls. I've had an issue with them for the past 3-4 months, and they have been nothing but a pain to handle. They have suggest things that I have already tried, and possibly reading from a script. Their literal (simple) job is to satisfy customers, but they haven't even began to fulfil that. They have gotten technicians to look into the 'problem', althogh they are too stupid to realise that their broadband is the problem.
I have too much to say about them, but to sum it up: I've been having an extreme & unbearable internet connection, and they have done nothing to fix it for 3-4 months. I have noticed other people with this problem and have put many complaints in but receive nothing new.
