There are press releases saying TalkTalk have a cheap rate for people on benefits - WHICH IS NOT TRUE .... I phone them each year near my contract renewal date regarding deals like this and they say it’s only advance notices of future offers...what - EVERYTIME? Their Indian call centre gave me the UK DWP phone number (not in use) to request a “voucher” for benefit broadband applications but DWP know nothing about this. The call handlers at TalkTalk put you onto ‘helpful ‘ contact numbers who, in turn, pass you on to another department - help, I need counselling....!
