We have made upgrade to our broadband all was agreed, instalation date was set. After couple of weeks received text msg from TalkTalk. Unfortunately we need to cancel your order as is not available to your address. We have asked so many times, is that service will be available to our address, we was told YES. So much disappointed with this company. To contact real person is no chance.
We was told member of staff will call you back in 5min. No one call us back. So, our upgrade date going to the end and zero support from this company.
