This is a ridiculous outfit which just serves to iritate and upset on every level fibre worked for a few days then the line went dead. They wouldnt fix it after I cancelled it in the cooling off period. I am being charged for a service I did not receive. I am not their customer now but I am being charged for equipment I sent back to them. I was put on hold at my expense while the operative tracked my returns number. Told it was 'waived' like they had done me a favour to the get a bill for it in an email an hour later. You spend hour upon hour on the phone to them. They must get paid to keep you there.beyond useless. They jave lied to me. One of the worst, if not the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to havecto deal with.
