Mis sold broadband over the phone, locked out of my online account, numerous promised call backs that never happened. Letter of complaint replied to saying complaint manager would contact me in 3 days, that was 23 days ago. phone calls cant help, live chat cant help, messenger communication cant help. Original landline number not transferred, cancelling contracts via a txt message, oh the list goes on.
I have taken the decision to cancel my direct debit ! its the only option left to me to get TalkTalk to contact me and address my complaint and problems.
