We have been trying to sort out billing issues for almost two years. Firstly being charged for Netflix even though we are unable to use it. Now we phoned to cancel the optional boosts to save money. We were told no problem and were told the new amount that would be charged, but low and behold the original amount was taken from my account.
Have now contacted Watchdog and Ofcom to help us.
