Don’t use - appalling customer service. It’s virtually impossible to speak to a human being, and when you do have an issue you will be passed through several teams on WhatsApp before they can help you. They actively refuse to facilitate a call when you finally do speak to someone on WhatsApp as they ‘can’t offer that service’
We placed an order and after nearly a month of waiting and chasing them, the order did not progress. It was also a nightmare to gain any updates as they did not provide an order number or account number, and when I asked for this they were ‘unable to provide it at this time due to security reasons’ (I’m the account holder?). When I finally managed to find someone who could cancel it for me this was done swiftly thankfully, though when I requested this be escalated to a formal complaint the response was that they had closed my complaint as the issue was now rectified - so I assume because I was no longer a customer and I’d cancelled having wasted a month waiting for them to deliver, there was no longer an issue with their service?
Awful - use someone else.
