Just like to agree with all the reviews about Talk Talk. Leaving them after 6 months of a 18 month contract (got transferred from Shell in the buy out) Have not had broadband due to a fault on the Openreach line for 2 months. Other providers in my area fixed the problem in 7 weeks less. Customer services are appalling (and based abroad - serious communication barrier) Difficult to contact through all forms, and not helpful when you do speak to someone. After a heavy early termination exit fee, i will be so glad to be with another provider in a month. Look at the Ofcom data on their performance if you don't believe me! :( Avoid like the plague.
