ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
Had a two year contract with them, the internet was on and off, not the best and certainly not what I thought I was paying for and therefore decided to end my contract. Notified them 5 days before the contract ended that I am no longer interested in being their client anymore. I was told I still have to pay for a month although that’s what a contract ending is supposed to mean. Transferred through 5 different people and departments and being offed a way better price than I was paying now as a continuous client, and I am being harassed to stay, emails and phone calls asking me to waste my time to provide them feedback on their absolutely shocking customer service. Well, here it is. As a company you do not offer good customer service, you do not offer the speed advertised and you harass your customers to stay with “great deals” although you keep increasing the price of the contract all the time! I am now billed my highest bill to date for a month worth of internet I never wanted in the first place. I will never ever be your customer again and I will tell everyone and their mother what an awful terrible company you are. Absolutely shocking how you are still in business and how it’s legal to have such practices! I hope the extra £34 you squeezed out of me in my last month is worth losing a loyal customer and all the negative reviews I will leave every single place I can find online.
