Had no wifi since 30th January due to a faulty router. Despite being told 3 times that a new router would be sent, I've still not received it. Spoke with their Customer Service numerous times but no one will tell me what the problem is and I can't get it resolved. Absolutely awful Service and I've been with them years with no problems. Am going to look to move to another provider so yet another challenge 🤔 worse company I've ever dealt with
