REPORT THEM TO THE OMBUDSMAN. I deeply regret ever becoming a customer. I was with TalkTalk for many years and recently decided to switch to a new provider. Part of this process requires me to share my last TalkTalk bill with my new provider, to sort out the contract cancellation fees. I tried to download a PDF of my bill from the TalkTalk website and found that for some reason it is defaulting to showing an old home address that I no longer live at on the PDF copy. After approx. 3 hours on the phone with customer services over 2 days, I was told that it is impossible for them to provide me with a pdf copy with the right address, I was repeatedly told the only option for a digital download is for me to download the copy with the wrong billing address and the best they can do is send me a paper copy with correct address which will take 14 working days to get to me. This is outside of the window of time I need to provide this letter to my new provider. This is an abysmal service. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. For your own peace of mind.
