I tried switching to another broadband and it fell through so the company cancelled. Ever since then TalkTalk claim they cannot make changes to my account because the other company put a switch order on my line. They have even said they are unable to cancel their services when I move house because of the supposed switch order. Horrible company BEWARE!!!!!
