Terrible Service – Charging for 6 Months Without Providing Broadband!
I've been paying £26 per month for the last 6 months, yet TalkTalk has not provided any service at all! Every attempt to contact them has been a nightmare.
Customer service is useless – They ask for a PIN code and phone number, only to respond with "we are closed now."
Live chat is a joke – You wait for over an hour, only to be told that their tests show "everything is fine" when clearly, I have no internet at all!
Impossible to book an engineer – Even when I try to escalate, they make it extremely difficult to get a technician out to fix the issue.
I’ve been paying for nothing for half a year, and TalkTalk refuses to acknowledge the problem or provide a solution. Avoid this company at all costs!
