Shocking poor customer service in relation to TalkTalk Mail Plus account with 5 family mailboxes and now breach of contract.
I pay annually £50 to retain 5 TalkTalk email addresses carried over from being in use for many years whilst a broadband customer.
Four weeks ago told by TT email to sign up to Everymail or would lose ability to send emails by 28th July 2025 and complete email deletion a few weeks later. To cut a long story short after 4 weeks of messaging TT, 3 formal complaints including one to their CEO, 60 TT community interactions with TT agents, 3 complaints manager phone calls they have finally stopped my email sending on 4 out of 5 email addresses and have admitted they should never have done so.
However they also have informed me that they cannot reinstate those email addresses. they have mixed up my old broadband account with my 2023 Mail plus account, I told them weeks ago about this and every promise of sorting it our before deadline passed without them stopping the blocking.
Nearly 20 years of being a TalkTalk customer and they have doen this to me and others who also should never have been blocked, the TT community forum is full of customers who are blocked whilst still being paying customers.
