My Internet and phone have been down, on for one part of a day, and off for four days. An engineer came out eventually and OpenReach seemed to have repaired fault. All working. For ONE day. Then down. Two hours on mobile yo Phillipines. EVENTUALLY, allowed to book another engineer. Why, when I pay almost £50 per month do I now have to pay for sn engineer? Shambles.
