My elderly father has been without broadband connection for over three weeks now & talk talk keep saying it'll be sorted within a few days & every time that hasn't been the problem sorted. I can't believe the level of incompetence regarding fixing the broadband connection. Very unhappy indeed. This elderly gentleman is housebound so relies on the broadband working.
