Paid £70 to leave contract... Best money I ever spent.
They continually throttled my service back and actually admitted it. (although they now deny this)
Without internet due to having a 4k TV and breaking 'fair usage policy'.. Week after week, soooo stressfull.
Eventually broke contract and changed to BT.
Guess what? All the problems have suddenly disappeared.
My line has miraculously changed itself from unreliable copper and re-routed itself to get to the BT box quicker. The outage due to atmospheric conditions has stopped!
Never again. Talk Talk are the worst scumpany ever
