Terrible customer service.
I called 20 days ago to set up my final bill and the agent told me I could split the payment in 2 months. Today I received a message saying that my payment was overdue, so I called the customer service and the lady told me there were no notes regarding my split payment. The next month because of this (their) mistake I will have to pay a fee charge for "delayed payment". I find all this frustrating and unprofessional. Not only I have to pay extra for a mistake I didn't make, but I had also been a victim of a payment system that doesn't make any sense. STAY AWAY!
