If I could give 0 I would. I bought a pair of clogs in January on sale. I received them and they were worn, dirty and one even had a dark stain on the foot bed. They were gross and I didn’t even want to wear some elses worn clog slippers. I contacted the company and they took forever getting back to me. I had 2 messages back and forth by email. They never even acknowledged my complaint, never suggested any type of compensation and generally didn’t give enough of a a s**t to even answer me. For all the earthy love they give off in their advertising and catalogues they treat customers like mushrooms. No thanks, taos!
