Disappointed with Tayna Batteries' Warranty Process
I purchased a car battery from Tayna Batteries, and unfortunately, my experience with their warranty claim process has been extremely frustrating. When the battery developed issues well within the warranty period, I expected a fair and straightforward resolution—but that was far from the case.
The warranty process is overly complicated and lacks any real transparency. You're left guessing what's happening at every stage, and communication is minimal at best. What’s even more disappointing is that customer experiences and real-world usage seem to be completely disregarded during the claim evaluation. It feels like the entire process is based solely on a narrow set of technical criteria, with no comprehensive assessment of the situation.
Despite providing details about how the battery was used and the issues encountered, none of that seemed to matter. It was as if the outcome had already been decided based on data points that don’t reflect actual use. Overall, it’s a disheartening experience that makes you feel like your concerns don’t matter.
I expected more from a company with such a large presence in the battery market. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from Tayna again or recommending them to others.
