“Disappointed with Tayna Batteries' Warranty Process
I purchased a car battery from Tayna Batteries, and unfortunately, my experience with their warranty claim process has been extremely frustrating. When the battery developed issues well within the warranty period, I expected a fair and straightforward resolution—but that was far from the case.
The warranty process is overly complicated and lacks any real transparency. You're left guessing what's happening at every stage, and communication is minimal at best. What’s even more disappointing is that customer experiences and real-world usage seem to be completely disregarded during the claim evaluation. It feels like the entire process is based solely on a narrow set of technical criteria, with no comprehensive assessment of the situation.
Despite providing details about how the battery was used and the issues encountered, none of that seemed to matter. It was as if the outcome had already been decided based on data points that don’t reflect actual use. Overall, it’s a disheartening experience that makes you feel like your concerns don’t matter.
I expected more from a company with such a large presence in the battery market. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from Tayna again or recommending them to others.”
“Very slow dispatch time. Also factor in the loss of a days pay in the price of a battery, as the courier used is DX Express. They don’t deliver weekends unless you pay extra. Sorry but won’t be buying from here again.”

Easy checkout and purchase, and delivery was quick and well packaged. Definitely will be my go to website for batteries. Top marks”
“Was looking for a replacement battery for my motorbike asap, obviously at a good price. They had exactly what I needed. Basically a genuine battery under a different name. Yuasa is all part of the GS brand after research, which was fitted from manufacturer. They beat Yamaha direct price by £50. Ordered at 1700 it was delivered next day unbelievably. Exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. Simple research showed they was the best price. Being a British company with the fastest delivery I went with that. They honoured what they said. All good. Highly recommend.”
“Completely dependent on my car due to disability, so paid for next day delivery and ended up arriving 3 days later. Had to chase them up for updates , promised refund that I never got. Very poor customer service they don’t care about the customers at all.”
