For me it was a good experience, my tutor was prompt, fair and explained my grades. I had to extend my course a couple of times and it was simple and straight forward. I asked for a hard copy of the diploma and that arrived quick as well. The course is fairly easy and straight forward, I think it comprised most of the general knowledge needed.
