Everything was very simply and easy! The portal was a little hard work to get to and a little more communication would of been helpful like an email through to say well done you have completed your course as soon as I finished instead of me having to assume and then receiving an email months later only when you want my feedback!! I was also a little disappointed with the cost of the certificate which wasn’t made clear at the beginning of course and the address written on the envelope was wrong so thankfully it got to my address but there was some confusion! But apart from that course was very simply assignment feedback was fast and helpful, thanks
