Impossible to get hold of anyone in any of their departments, a bunch of airtime wasters. I have been trying for WEEKS just so someone can tell me what my settlement amount is
on my contract.
Eventually got hold of someone after holding 20 minutes, just to be told someone will contact me with in the next 2 days. Still waiting a week later.
