I spoke to the consultant from Huawei explained my problem. On his ph when he speaks to me. He told me he have no airtime, I asked one of the telkom consultants. I asked her can she call my nr. she on her ph reading her personal msg. I asked for the manager, I waited 9 minutes and nobody came back to say the manager is not available. Highly unlikely that I recommend someone to Telkom, Somerset Mall
