2 months ago, I realized that Telkom is taking more money from my account and I called them, I was told i have subscribed to fantasy world or whatever they called it. I asked them to cancel that subscription, however to my surprise this month i am still being billed for it again. I have called to cancel the whole contract at once cause it seems like they cannot assist me with this subscription that i don't know anything about. I was promised a refund...I'm still waiting.
