I've made a few orders from TEMU. For the most part, I've been satisfied with the merchandise. I did have to make a couple of returns and they were promptly handled. My problem is trying to track an order which is not showing up in my account and for which I have no confirmation. Of course, my card has been charged. I've tried the only way TEMU can be contacted: the dreaded "Live" Chat!! I've explained that I don't have an order number BECAUSE they never confirmed the order. However, they keep asking for the dreaded order number. I've given them my phone no., card info, email address, amount of the charge to my card....no dice. The bigger problem is that apparently this magical CHAT is the ONLY way to contact TEMU. I can't find a telephone number on the site or an email to their support center. I've filed a dispute with my card holder. This is my first hiccup with TEMU, but it's extremely annoying to not be able to talk to somebody with a heartbeat.
