Temu: order of package at the cost of £277 only to realise it was ordered in error - I was on automatic payment via paypal. Tried to cancel immediately no chance! Package was delivered told TEMU I dont want it and they said I could keep it and they could refund only £55. I declined, as I really do not need the item. Now its two bulky bed base and its quite heavy, they want me to arrange return!! This is contrary to their policy of free returns!! I am disappointed that TEMU have refused to pick up the package and want to force me to make payment for something I dont want or need. This is going against the terms and conditions of a contract UNDER THE SALES OF GOODS ACT. I have the right to return the package. TEMU must arrange collection accordingly because your marketing promises FREE RETURNS .
