Frankly I don't know why Temu has such bad reviews. I have ordered several times from them and never had any problems. The product are mostly low to medium quality indeed, but always arrive on time, and they immediately refund the money if you're not happy with some product, usually do not even require that you send it back. You don't get Gucci and Prada for these prices, but so far I find their service and practices to be totally reliable.
