I had heard all the negative things people say about Temu being a scam. From my own experience I can say that Temu itself is a 5 star Company. I have within the last 2 weeks had 3 different packages that were claimed delivered and I never received them. Temu within 48 hours refunded all 3 purchases. I will say that you have to be diligent. Read and reread everything about the description of the item. The picture might exaggerate what you are looking for. This is because of the seller, not Temu. Temu polices really do protect the buyer. If you get anything that isn't what you wanted, Temu offers a free return with every order and it can be one item or the whole order. Temu has really been great whenever I have an issue. The other thing is that they have a price adjustment program that will refund you the product price is lowered they will refund the difference as a Temu credit. All in all, Temu is a very good site for great deals but you do get bombarded with offers.
