When I selected free gifts and made an order at the same time, I was billed full price for the free gifts along with the other merchandise. I have ordered clearance items only to be charged full price. I have also been shipped the wrong items. Their customer service is about the worst I have seen. Friends keep telling me how great Temu is and that I should give them another chance. I decided to give one last chance and of course I get another wrong item and also got charged full price on two "free" items. I am not having any sucre with customer service. The chat keeps getting closed on me and I have to start all over with someone else.
