Bought 4 chairs. Received 3 pack of fitting kits. Screw holes are not matched with chair holes, impossible to erect them. Free 90 days return but you need to pack them. These chairs are coming with massive box 1.4m wide. The original box was badly damaged. Now I need to find a box big enough to send them back. Also you need to pay for postage and Temu will reimburse with their voucher. You need to spend more. The customer service was bad. Suggested for me to buy a big box from post office at your own expense. These are my second purchase of furniture. Both ended with disaster. Avoid.
