Never had any trouble at first, then the trouble started on my last order, for a first they was a early delivery, we was still on holiday until the 27th September, They wanted to deliver on the 25th September, I informed both temu and evry delivery service to not deliver before the 27th September,, bad move on my part , they replied no problem they will deliver on the 27th September, 27th September comes when we home , waited in all day ,,no parcel????? Eventually got through to them with a lot of messing about,, them !!!!! It's gone back to the sender ????,? But I don't want it sent back to the sender I replied, don't worry we will sort it out customer service said ,,,, what a joke customer service is on both temu and evri !!!! Up to now still no parcel,, last message from them ,,,, re order , ps I would like to add a photo but I ain't no parcel to photo !!!!!!!!!!!
