My mistake... I bought these products in good faith. I'm a first-time customer, and I'm grateful that I limited my spending to a small amount, which limits the sting somewhat. To tell you the truth, I dont expect to be refunded, and I'm wasting no more time in trying for a refund or sending the purchases back. What you should read into this... is what im telling you is for you to absorb. I have no expectations in gaining from this. You represent yourselves well. You should, however, give the photographer maximum credit as a valuable assistant to the sale. I totally bought into the products, thinking they were much more substantial than they were. What actually arrived was nothing more than trinkets you may find in a Xmas cracker. cheap and nasty. To list the products as a tool suggests an ability to use them as such. Not the case at all. Misleading in every way outside of the fact, they were the exact miniatures of what you see in the pictures. The sort of things one finds attached to a key ring in a chap store. You could, and probably, should try to get a customer to come back for a second buy in my case,.... disappointment, so not going to be the case.
