Disappointed with Temu's Service I recently ordered a blue band watch from Temu, but to my surprise, I received a white one instead. I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a quick solution, but unfortunately, they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Now, the price of the watch has gone up with the 10 time higher. When I order the watch it’s 8 Aed and now it’s 80Aed as it shown in the attached pictures. As a customer, I expect to receive what I paid for and to have responsive service when something goes wrong. Sadly, my experience with Temu was disappointing. I hope they improve their service for future customers!
