I would give them less than one star if I could. Temu started using a new, cheaper delivery company to cut corners and they are horrible. Three different packages were out for delivery and then never delivered to me and sent back to the warehouse. I was having all of this stuff delivered for a Halloween party and had to rush to get everything I needed after not receiving my packages. They were informed the first time I didn't get my package but said that Uniuni (the company that they started using for delivery) was overwhelmed and didn't make the delivery. You would think they would change their delivery service after many people have complained but they didn't and it happened two more times to me. I am so disappointed in the way they handled it. they couldn't even tell me if the packages would be redelivered and tried to use the same tired excuse that the delivery people were overwhelmed. Iwas a loyal customer, but will never use Temu again.
