I ordered a Litter Robot automatic cat litter system and paid $372. For it. The vendor shipped a small item and identified that 3 lbs package as Litter Robot which weight more than 12 lbs plus a large box. I have sent easily a dozen emails over 3 weeks trying to resolve this. TEMU continues to send new the same emails refuer sing g to acknowledge the information that I sent them. On a small scale they send you emails telling you to pick multiple items for free. When you get the items they charge you and say the special trimed out. They run a fraudulent operation!
