I ordered a seven piece pot set for $76. One nine inch lid was supposed to fit two pans but the lid was damaged and cannot seal on the pans. I requested a replacement lid, which seems like a reasonable request but was told they were unable to do that. They wanted me to ship it back which is a huge inconvenience for me as I don't always have a car. After back and forths they said they would issue a refund and wanted to give me a Temu credit, I opted for a refund back to my credit card. One month later I reached out to The Better Business Bureau and that's how I finally received my full refund. My problem was the packing and shipping boxes were pristine so the item was shipped damaged.
