I had been a loyal customer for quite some time, ordering frequently. When their carrier OnTrac said they delivered a package that I did not receive, I opened an inquiry with OnTrac. Then, the next day, it appeared with a couple of other packages from Temu. Temu has a policy wherein they give you $5 credit if a package doesn't arrive within the window they say it will. The day OnTrac said they delivered it was the last day of the window. The day they actually delivered it was late. I called Temu to let them know the situation, They said that because OnTrac said it arrived on time, they would not honor their credit policy. I am now in the process of returning several orders that had already been sent to shipping before this happened. Temu lost a good customer in me because I had no way of disproving OnTrac's false statement. Temu does not value their customers or stand by their word and OnTrac is equally bad for claiming something that was not true.
