Temu used OnTrac to deliver my orders and twice they were delivered to a wrong location. I reported this issue to Temu with supporting photos and Temu disregarded my complaints. So, I had to dispute the transactions to get my money back. Because of this, Temu locked me out of my account saying it was suspended for suspicious activity. They gave me a $10 credit for the one delivery, eventually, but then prohibited me from using it. Currently they are holding $79.09 in credit from being able to use it. I did nothing wrong here and I'm being retaliated against. This could be classified as discrimination for standing up for myself and trying to get my money back. OnTrac was contacted as well and they said to contact the seller. I would file a lawsuit if it was worth it.
