One of the items I ordered didn't have enough postage so they refused to deliver the product. They ignored that fact and on the tenth day gave me a $5.00 credit which by the way you have to spend $20.00 in order to be able to use the $5.00 credit. As they still ignored the fact that USPS would not deliver the product they said I had to wait until 20 days from the day I ordered the product. I now have a refund pending on my debit card. Direct Express puts the money on the debit card right away as long as it's truly available. Temu is saying that it won't be until the 26th so 7 days from the day that they said they refunded the money. Truly disappointed in all of this. People state they got their refund right away but that's only if you take it as a credit.
