I ordered a litter box on Temu everything was fine but my cats wouldn't use it. So I sent it back for refund. Upon receiving it the company that sold it Yomi Life HM Said that I did not return the correct thing because their logo wasn't on it. Well their logo wasn't on it when I got it. Why would I send a different litter box back? I only ordered one. If my cats would use it I would have kept it. But I have gone 2 weeks back and forth with timu and with the yomi company and they keep denying my refund that's close to $300 that they are keeping. I used to like Temu their things were kind of cheap but they were fun and every time I've returned something I've never had a problem with the refund until it was something expensive. And now they've just kept my money and they got their litter box back!!
