My purchases were not bad. They quality of my purchases were okay. However, I ordered multiple rolls of peel and stick wallpaper and 2 out of 3 were correct with the 3rd being not even close so it is unusable for my purposes. My order for the subway tile paper was the same experience. the second roll was the "correct style" but the print pattern was completely different. And it is impossible to describe the differences as they just give a generic response. So, my bathroom is 1/2 way done ( and I really do like the patterns) and a kitchen that is 1/2 way done as well. Customer service, is a nightmare at best. Dealing with the bots is a total waste of time, and even dealing with "the manufacturer" is a waste of time as they don't have humans to help you. What a shame. If I can get my problem squared away, I will never buy from TEMU again.
