I didn't even know how to get return, so I just dumped. Don't believe the website when they say you saved hundreds of dollars...I don't know why they do such a stupid thing because we shop all the time and we know what the price range is. I bought several small backpacks and the quality is really not good so I give them away. Maybe just free shipping the first few times.
